The Maltron Head/Mouthstick Keyboard is ideal for those who have extremely limited function or no hand functions and who are reliant on a single finger, head stick, mouth stick or foot. The special shape and letter layout have been carefully planned, to take into account the frequency of use of letters in modern written English. This makes the layout much more efficient than QWERTY and can save strain and unnecessary movement between keys. The user of this type of keyboard will understandably find input slower than is ideal. Try using a predictive word-processor, such as TextHELP!, to speed up entry and avoid frustration. All Maltron Keyboards are now available with optional USB adapter.
